my everyday life: week 3

Wow! This week flew by! Ollie got to hang out in Alpine at the start of the week with Grandma! He got to try a sippy cup ... looks like we need to get one cause he loved it! I just think this is the cutest series of photos that my mom got:

We talked about the four seasons in Kindergarten and then drew a magical tree that had all of them.

I got to see the mosaics we did in third grade hanging up in the hall!

We worked on nebulas in sixth grade ... one of my favorite projects!

And we worked on our shrinky-dink bugs in second grade! They love this project ... create a bug and watch it shrink!

After work I got to see some of the amazing art one of my friends has in her home! This was done by her mother-in-law ... isn't it incredible?

The most endearing spelling of yellow ... right?

Ollie got to hang out with some of his cousins!

More photos of my sweet boy ...

We had a birthday celebration dinner for me and Allie / a goodbye dinner for Hannah and Kip with my family.

Captain Oliver ... of his carseat ship :)

I celebrated my birthday on Friday. We started bright and early with some cards from Ollie and Danny!

Then I made myself some pancakes for breakfast and cake and ice cream for later ... :)

For dinner we went to my favorite local restaurant for Southern food. Here are some of my favorite pictures from the night. .

We finished my birthday off with cake and ice cream and a movie night!

We watched Crazy Rich Asians. I fell asleep ten minutes in, but loved it when we finished it the next day. :)

On Saturday we celebrated my Grandma's 90th birthday! We actually share the same birthday which I think is so special. Danny got everyone to write a letter to her and put it together in a book.

Ten months of fun in this play gym...

I'm working on some meal prep for Ollie ... these are little breakfast muffins. The recipe is from Healthy Little Foodies.

We finished the week off with some beautiful cotton candy skies after a week of rain and clouds!

And a bath for good measure. :)
