saturday morning goodness

For one of our wedding gifts, Danny's cousin Megan got us this awesome Ebelskiver pan! What are Ebelskivers you may ask?! (I did...) They are super cool little balls of Danish pancake goodness. And the best part is that they're very versatile. This past Saturday we made our first batch! We filled them with raspberry jam and topped them with boysenberry syrup.

Basically, I want these every Saturday morning. Or every morning. :)
